What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of SMB clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term partnerships

  • Drive revenue by spotting upsell & cross-sell opportunities and closing high-value deals

  • Understand client needs and position Simbase IoT solutions as the perfect fit

  • Share on-the-ground insights to help shape our go-to-market and product strategy

  • Represent Simbase at major IoT trade shows across the DACH region

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (B2B SaaS/tech preferred).

  • Experience working with startups or SMBs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).

  • Strategic thinker, relationship-builder, and natural closer.

  • Curious, proactive, and motivated—a self-starter with a growth mindset.
