Account Manager – DACH (Remote from Germany)

With the IoT market growing at 18% YoY and our footprint expanding across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we’re looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to take charge of this booming region.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take full ownership of the DACH market, driving growth and establishing Simbase as a go-to partner for IoT connectivity

• Manage the full sales cycle and handle every stage, qualifying inbound leads while actively generating outbound opportunities

• Understand each client’s business model, uncover their unique IoT needs, and tailor our solution to deliver real value

• Proactively reach out via cold outreach, referrals, and networking to build and grow a strong sales pipeline

• Identify expansion opportunities and build long-term relationships with existing customers

• Bring market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights back to our Product and Marketing teams

• Represent us at key trade shows, events, and community meetups across the region

YOU'RE A MATCH IF YOU...

• Have 2–5 years’ experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (ideally in IoT or Telecom)

• Speak German fluently and communicate confidently in English

• Are based in Germany, preferably with train access to Amsterdam for team meetups

• Love both hunting new clients and farming existing accounts

• Thrive in remote, fast-paced environments and take ownership of results

• Are goal-oriented, curious, and customer-obsessed
